 Dr. Chris R. Crawford, M.D.
Dr. Crawford is a Greenville, South Carolina native who graduated from
Clemson University and the Medical University of South Carolina.
He completed five years of general surgical training beginning in the
Greenville Hospital System. Then Dr. Crawford completed residencies in
both General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Medical
University in Charleston, South Carolina. He also participated in a two
year fellowship in Plastic Surgery at the Medical University of South
Carolina.
Through extensive education, training and experience, Dr. Crawford has
achieved the highest level of skill in all areas of Plastic Surgery. This
specialized training allows him to focus on specific procedures that
require both exceptional skill and careful understanding of the needs of
his patients.  He has been in practice since 1990. He became a board
certified plastic surgeon in 1993 after successfully completing the
written and oral testing. He participates in the American Society of
Plastic Surgeons as an active member with CME, and he is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons.
On a more personal note, Doctor is married to Mrs. Cookie Crawford. They
have two wonderful boys Matt and Brett Crawford. His hobbies include
Clemson football, bow hunting, and wakeboarding.
